Terms & Condition
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings made through TravelZone Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Agency”), a registered travel agency providing travel booking services via our website www.travelzone.ltd or through affiliated booking platforms. By confirming your travel arrangements through our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms.
- Ticket Changes
Tickets may be amended after issuance; however, airline penalties, administrative fees, and any fare differences will apply. - Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
Once issued, tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. - Non-Refundable Components
All non-refundable items, including but not limited to flights, hotels, deposits, and additional services, will not be refunded under any circumstances. - Cancellations
In the event of cancellation, Travelzone LLC will not refund any non-refundable portion of the booking. - Refund Processing
While we will attempt to recover any possible refundable amounts, refunds are not guaranteed. - Third-Party Responsibility
Travelzone LLC is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by:- Airlines
- Hotels
- Visa authorities
- Weather conditions
- Industrial actions
- Operational failures
- Travel Disruptions
We accept no liability for flight delays, missed connections, or denied boarding. - Passport & Visa Requirements
- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date.
- Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid visas and travel documents.
- Flight Reconfirmation
Passengers must reconfirm flight details at least 72 hours prior to departure. - Special Requests
Meal and other special requests will be forwarded to airlines but cannot be guaranteed. - Baggage Allowance
Baggage policies are determined by the airline. Customers must confirm allowances directly with the airline. - Amendments to Terms
Travelzone LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. - Cancellation Charges
Up to 100% of the total booking amount may be charged as a cancellation fee, depending on supplier rules, including cases of:- No-show
- Failure to accept alternative arrangements after airline schedule changes or cancellations
Payment Policy
- Deposits are required to secure bookings; however, deposits do not guarantee fare prices.
- Fares are subject to change until full payment is received. Any increase must be paid by the customer.
- Initial deposits for group bookings or packages are strictly non-refundable.
Travel Insurance – Important Notice
We strongly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect against potential risks, including but not limited to:
- Flight cancellations or schedule changes
- Airline operational disruptions
- Hotel or third-party supplier cancellations
- Medical emergencies or health-related issues
- Visa rejections or processing delays
- Any unforeseen travel disruptions
All claims for losses must be made directly with the insurance provider.
Travelzone LLC accepts no responsibility or liability for any losses, whether insured or uninsured.
