Terms & Condition

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings made through TravelZone Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Agency”), a registered travel agency providing travel booking services via our website www.travelzone.ltd or through affiliated booking platforms. By confirming your travel arrangements through our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms.

Our Role as an Agent

TravelZone Ltd acts solely as an agent for airlines, hotels, car hire companies, tour operators, cruise lines, and other service providers (“Suppliers”). We do not own, operate, or control the services provided by these third parties. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by those Suppliers.
You acknowledge that your contract for travel services is directly with the Supplier and not with TravelZone Ltd. Any issues regarding cancellations, changes, delays, or disputes must be resolved with the respective service provider.
 

Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or altered at any time without prior notice.
Prices may not include local taxes, resort fees, baggage charges, or other surcharges imposed by Suppliers.
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the Supplier’s policy.
We accept no responsibility for errors in pricing due to technical faults or third-party input.

E-Tickets and Travel Documents

Upon confirmation and payment, you will receive your e-ticket(s) or voucher(s) via email.
It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of all booking details, including passenger names, dates, and destinations. Notify us within 24 hours of any errors.
TravelZone Ltd will not be held liable for missed departures or denied boarding due to incorrect information provided at the time of booking.
 

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Changes or cancellations are subject to the terms and fees of the respective airline or Supplier.
In some cases, tickets may be non-refundable or non-changeable.
If permitted, amendments will incur a service charge by TravelZone Ltd in addition to the Supplier’s fee.
Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed after receiving the refund from the Supplier, which can take up to 12 weeks or longer in some cases.

Travel Insurance

TravelZone Ltd strongly recommends that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and delays. We do not accept liability for losses incurred due to inadequate or no insurance coverage.
 

Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all travelers have valid passports (with at least 6 months’ validity), visas, entry permits, and vaccinations as required by destination countries.
We accept no responsibility for customers who are denied boarding or entry due to insufficient or incorrect documentation.
 

Baggage Allowance

Baggage allowances vary by airline and ticket type. Please review your airline’s baggage policy carefully.
Excess baggage fees, lost or delayed baggage claims must be handled directly with the airline.

Flight Reconfirmation and Check-in

It is your responsibility to reconfirm all flight times directly with the airline at least 72 hours prior to departure.
Arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights unless otherwise advised.
 

Force Majeure

TravelZone Ltd is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorist activities, riots, pandemics, natural disasters, government actions, or airline insolvency.
 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
TravelZone Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total cost of the booking in question.We are not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of any third-party Suppliers.

Website Use and Information Accuracy

While we strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate, we do not guarantee completeness or freedom from errors.
Offers, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or errors at any time.
 

Customer Conduct

You are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully while using travel services booked via TravelZone Ltd. Any misconduct may result in refusal of service, termination of your trip, or legal consequences without entitlement to refund.

Data Privacy

Your personal data is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking through our site, you consent to the collection and use of your information for booking and customer service purposes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising under them shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], and any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
